Telecom Service Disclosures

1. Kickball Nation's Role

Kickball Nation Inc. is an authorized RingCentral reseller partner. We assist businesses with service inquiries, intake, referral, coordination, and submission to RingCentral and other provider-channel partners. Kickball Nation is not a telecom carrier, internet service provider, or utility.

2. Service Intake Only — No Guaranteed Outcomes

Submitting a form on the Kickball Nation website or through a Kickball Nation representative is a service intake request only. It does not:

• Create a contract with RingCentral or any other provider
• Guarantee provider approval, pricing, credits, or promotions
• Guarantee installation timing, number-porting timing, or service availability
• Guarantee any specific service features, equipment, or service levels
• Bind any provider to provide services

3. Final Contract Is With the Provider

All telecom services, including RingCentral services, are governed by the underlying provider's terms, service agreement, acceptable use policy, and the customer's signed service documents. Pricing, taxes, fees, contract terms, equipment charges, installation requirements, number-porting timing, promotional terms, and service availability are all controlled by the provider and the customer's signed agreement.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Any quotes, pricing estimates, or promotional offers provided through Kickball Nation are subject to change based on provider review, service address verification, credit review, and final contract terms. Promotional pricing may require qualifying service bundles, contract terms, or credit approval.

5. Broadband Labels and Transparency

Where required by FCC regulations, broadband labels will be provided by the underlying provider before service activation. Kickball Nation can assist in requesting these labels but does not create or warrant broadband labels.

6. Reseller Compensation

Kickball Nation and its authorized resellers receive compensation from RingCentral and other provider partners for qualified referrals and completed installations. This compensation does not affect the pricing quoted to customers.

7. Provider Trademarks

RingCentral and all other provider names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of provider names on the Kickball Nation website does not imply endorsement by or formal partnership with every listed provider unless disclosed.
