1. No Income Guarantees

Kickball Nation Inc. does not guarantee any level of income, commissions, bonuses, residuals, provider authorization, provider approval, partnership, equity, or business outcome from participation in the Authorized Reseller program, provider-channel opportunities, or any other program.

2. Factors Affecting Earnings

Actual earnings depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to:

• Provider programs, compensation plans, and commission structures (which may change at any time)
• Customer eligibility, credit approval, and completed installations
• Cancellations, chargebacks, and service disconnections
• Written compensation agreements between the reseller and Kickball Nation
• Individual effort, skill, experience, and time invested
• Market conditions, competition, and territory
• Provider-specific rules, quotas, and performance requirements

3. Authorization Subject to Review

Authorized reseller, provider, commission, team deployment, bonus, residual, partnership, and equity opportunities are subject to review, written approval, provider rules, customer eligibility, completed installations, cancellations, chargebacks, and written compensation agreements.

4. Independent Contractor Status

Unless a separate written employment agreement is executed, resellers are independent contractors and are responsible for their own business expenses, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.

5. Provider Trademarks

All trademarks, logos, service marks, provider names, and product names belong to their respective owners. Listing a provider does not mean every applicant is approved to represent that provider. Provider availability, reseller authorization, compensation, and customer eligibility are subject to current provider-channel rules and written approval.

6. Past Performance

Any examples of earnings, commissions, or business outcomes presented are not guarantees of future results. They are illustrative only and reflect individual circumstances that may not apply to all resellers.
