Each approved provider lane may qualify for a separate reseller team supported by Kickball Nation's onboarding process, sales structure, and 15-line RingCentral deployment package.

How Provider Selection Works

Kickball Nation allows qualified Assistant Manager candidates to request up to six provider lanes. Each provider lane represents a separate business technology sales opportunity. If approved, each provider lane may be assigned its own remote reseller team structure.

Each team may operate with its own sales representatives, campaign focus, team communication structure, and 15-line deployment package.

Kickball Nation uses a 15-line RingCentral deployment package to help approved reseller teams operate professionally from day one. Each approved provider team may use a separate 15-line package for team communication, sales calls, customer follow-up, meetings, training, and provider-specific campaign coordination.

Used for team leadership, reporting, provider-lane coordination, and management calls.

Used by remote sales representatives for outbound sales, customer follow-up, and provider-focused campaigns.

THE ROLE

Authorized Reseller Assistant Manager Role

Authorized Reseller Assistant Managers help Kickball Nation build provider-focused sales teams. The role is designed for candidates who can lead remotely, recruit sales representatives, organize communication, support training, and help turn selected provider lanes into active sales teams.

Assistant Managers receive onboarding instructions, team-building guidance, sales process direction, and provider-lane orientation.

Approved provider teams may receive a 15-line RingCentral deployment package for remote operations.

Build and Manage Teams

Assistant Managers recruit, train, support, and manage remote sales representatives for each approved provider lane.

Compensation Opportunities

Compensation opportunities may include project pay, hourly assignments, commissions, performance bonuses, and partnership consideration for qualified candidates.

Final role, pay structure, provider assignment, commission eligibility, deployment approval, and partnership consideration are determined during onboarding, approval, and performance review.
